Connectors cannot bind names in arbitrary namespaces

VisualWorks 5i and later supports shared variables and classes whose
names are bound within user-defined namespaces. However, GBS
connectors will only look in certain core namespaces, notably the
legacy namespace "Root.Smalltalk", commonly accessible by the simple
name "Smalltalk".

Workaround

Place any classes and shared variables that must be referenced by GBS
connectors in the "Smalltalk" namespace.
